- IMPORTANT to prevent mildew and material damage always thoroughly dry Rain Cover before storing inside the zipper storage pocket under the Lumbar Back Pad.
- NOTE Grip EQ encourages putting on and taking off the fitted C-Series Rain Cover a few times during good weather so that when most needed in poor conditions the process is known and well practiced.
GRIP EQ C-Series Rain Cover Limited Warranty – Grip EQ warrants GRIP EQ C-Series Rain Cover to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for 12 months from the original documented date of purchase. This warranty shall not apply in situations where the Rain Cover has been used in an unintended manner nor will it cover damage resulting from improper handling, storage or normal wear and tear. This Limited Warranty does not include or cover any damage to content or bags incurred during use of the Rain Cover. Should a GRIP EQ C-Series Rain Cover be returned to GRIP within 12 months of the proof of purchase date that is determined by GRIP EQ to be defective it will be repaired or replaced without charge at GRIP EQ’s discretion.
Please Note- Orders containing a pre-order item will be held in their entirety until the bags arrive. So, if you would like to order other items in addition to the pre-order bag and want those to ship immediately, then you must place separate orders for pre-order and non-pre-order items.
Shipping
Orders typically ship out within 24 hours. During times of high order volume processing times may be increased. Transit time depends on where you are located, but we can get to most places in the US in 3 business days.
Return Policy
A GRIPeq disc golf bag purchased on grip-eq.com can be returned in new, out-of-box condition with the original packaging, including all parts and tags, within 30 days of the original purchase. As part of the return process, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Once we receive the return and inspect it, we will issue a refund within five business days.
