Return Policy
A GRIPeq disc golf bag purchased on grip-eq.com can be returned in new, out-of-box condition with the original packaging, including all parts and tags, within 30 days of the original purchase. As part of the return process, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Once we receive the return and inspect it, we will issue a refund within five business days.
