CREATING A PROFILE:

All information you provide to us will be kept confidential. We will never sell, exchange or market it in any way.

PLACING AN ORDER:

Please double check your order, billing information, shipping information, and contact information.

Please make sure your billing information matches the information on file with your bank or credit card company. Mismatched information will result in a declined transaction and may also cause your bank or credit card company to place a hold on your funds. This is no fun for anyone!

The guys at the warehouse package and ship these things really quickly, so don’t click submit until you’re sure everything’s right. Once you submit your order, it’s as good as out the door!

You are responsible for any added duty fees or taxes assessed for international deliveries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Once your order ships, any exchanges or returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be in new, out-of-the-box condition with original packaging, including all manuals, parts and tags. Please don’t use your bag and try to return it. We won’t be able to exchange it or refund your money, and any additional shipping and handling charges to send it back to you will be your responsbility.
