Audrey Wicklander has been part of the disc golf community since 2019 and began competing in PDGA events in 2021. While competition has played a role in her journey, Audrey’s impact extends far beyond tournament results and into the spaces where community, creativity, and advocacy intersect.
She is deeply involved in growing the women’s disc golf scene, serving as co-director of the Detroit Discin’ Divas women’s league and working to create welcoming, inclusive environments for players of all experience levels. Audrey is also passionate about mental health awareness and uses her platform to encourage open conversations and support within the disc golf community.
Off the course, Audrey brings her creative energy to content creation and social media, including her role as a social media assistant for the Discraft Underground team. She balances her involvement in disc golf with a full-time career in the museum industry and enjoys crafting and other creative outlets in her downtime.
As a GRIPeq Ambassador, Audrey represents the sport through leadership, storytelling, and a commitment to making disc golf a more inclusive and supportive space for everyone.
