GRIPeq believes in producing the highest-quality, most durable disc golf bags in the business. We’ve spent years designing our bags to fit the needs of disc golfers across the globe, from pros to amateurs, and are dedicated to taking good care of our customers. 

GRIPeq warrants our disc golf bags to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the bag. A bag’s lifetime depends upon the amount of use and quality of care. With heavy use, even the best-made bag will break down over time. We can’t guarantee that your bag will last your lifetime, but if your bag’s issue is due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will make it right.


Should your disc golf bag be deemed defective, it will be repaired or replaced. If a discontinued style requires replacement, a comparable style may be substituted.  

The warranty policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, nor does it apply in situations where the bag has incurred damage from unintended use, cleaning, modification, or cosmetic wear. 


To obtain the benefits of this warranty, you must be the original owner and show proof of purchase from our site or an authorized reseller. Bags purchased used and reGRIP bags are not covered. Registration is required before filing a warranty claim. 

You can file a claim here.

Once a claim has been filed, our Warranty Team will get back to you within five business days. If the submitted photos show warrantied issues, we’re happy to provide a replacement bag of matching or comparable style. 

In some cases, we’ll need to inspect the bag to determine if it qualifies for a replacement. In such cases, the bag will need to be shipped to us; if the bag is deemed defective, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. If not, we’ll ship the bag back to you.

For some bags, a replacement part or simple repair can return it to course-ready condition. If that is the case, our team will work with you to provide parts and repair instructions.


We stand behind our quality guarantee and want to solve your problem. In return, we ask that you have realistic expectations and only file a claim if your bag’s issue is due to material or workmanship failure.
