GRIPeq™ L-Series Rain Cover Limited Warranty – GRIPeq warrants L-Series Rain Covers to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for 12 months from the original documented date of purchase. This warranty shall not apply in situations where the Rain Cover has been used in an unintended manner nor will it cover damage resulting from improper handling, storage or normal wear and tear. This Limited Warranty does not include or cover any damage to content or bags incurred during use of the Rain Cover. Should a GRIPeq L-Series Rain Cover be returned to GRIPeq within 12 months of the proof of purchase date that is determined by GRIPeq to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced without charge at GRIPeq’s discretion.
Shipping
Orders typically ship out within 24 hours. During times of high order volume processing times may be increased. Transit time depends on where you are located, but we can get to most places in the US in 3 business days.
Return Policy
A GRIPeq disc golf bag purchased on grip-eq.com can be returned in new, out-of-box condition with the original packaging, including all parts and tags, within 30 days of the original purchase. As part of the return process, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Once we receive the return and inspect it, we will issue a refund within five business days.
