Reseller Partner Agreement 

Listed below are the Terms and Conditions for reseller partners. 

1. Product and Pricing 

Resellers should be committed to the GRIPeq brand and able to carry and display the entire line of bags. This helps ensure customers can “touch and feel” the product. GRIPeq reserves the right to change how products are listed and what products are available to resellers.

MSRP pricing will be communicated to resellers and is viewable on grip-eq.com. During promotions, resellers may choose to meet GRIPeq sales pricing. Reseller pricing is available on reseller.grip-eq.com and is subject to change.

2. Placing an Order 

Resellers can place orders at reseller.grip-eq.com. GRIPeq will set up resellers’ accounts upon the return of signed reseller agreements.

3. Retail Policies

3.1 Location

Resellers may only sell via brick-and-mortar storefronts, in physical tournaments, or at pop-up locations where there is sufficient space to display the line-up of GRIPeq products. 

3.2 Pricing

Resellers may not sell GRIPeq products or goods under the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).

3.3 Online Sales Prohibited

Online sales are not permitted. GRIPeq bags and products can be advertised and viewed online (including reseller websites and social media channels) but must be purchased in-store. Accordingly, reseller partners may NOT: 

● Sell on Facebook pages, auctions, raffles or similar 

● Sell on eBay

● Sell on Amazon.com 

● Sell on any third-party listing platforms

3.4 Confidentiality 

At times we may make available information about products that have not been released to the public. You agree to keep any such information private.

Repeated violations of the above policies will result in removal from the reseller program. 

4. Payment Terms and Method

Full payment is due at the time of order. Payment can be made with a credit card or Paypal and will be collected through reseller.grip-eq.com. Other payment methods may be available upon request.

5. Order Fulfillment Window 

Orders are fulfilled when full payment is received. Typically orders will ship within two (2) business days. GRIPeq’s fulfillment center is open M-F. During high-volume times, resellers may experience a delay in shipping.

6. Shipping 

Orders are shipped with GRIPeq’s carrier of choice. There is no charge for shipping to US resellers in the lower 48 states. Additional shipping charges may be added for HI and AL. Local pickup or arrangements with a preferred carrier may be available upon request.

7. Damages and Defects 

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. For damage due to shipping or defective product, please contact reseller@grip-eq.com within five (5) business days. GRIPeq will, after evaluation and at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

Returns are not permitted except in the case of product defects or damage. All reseller purchases are final. 

8. Warranty Program

Resellers should not replace bags for customers. Customers must file a claim at grip-eq.com/support/register-warranty/. GRIPeq will work directly with customers to process warranty claims. Resellers can encourage customers to register their bags at www.grip-eq.com and should provide customers with a copy of the purchase receipt, which is required for warranty registration.
