Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders typically leave our distribution center the next business day. Our distribution center is open Monday – Friday, so orders placed after midnight on Thursday will ship the following Monday. High order volume due to sales or special events may result in longer processing times. We will do our best to promptly communicate any delay in processing your order with you. 

Order Confirmation & Tracking Information

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder and contact us at makeflight@grip-eq.com. If you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please contact us to confirm your order was placed.

You will receive a second email when your order has been packaged and a label is printed for shipment. This email will contain a link(s) to tracking information. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated.

Delivery Instructions

We cannot provide special delivery instructions for your order (gate codes, specific package drop-off locations, etc.) to our carriers. Please click the tracking link provided with your order completion email to access the carrier’s website and services. You can track your package’s progress, set up alerts and manage delivery options. 

Lost Package

Once your package leaves our facility with a designated carrier, we cannot control the delivery experience, but we will work with you to resolve shipping issues. Before contacting GRIPeq customer service, here are some suggested actions:

If your package was marked delivered, but you have not received it

Check on your confirmation email that you entered your shipping address correctly.

Look around the exterior of the delivery address and ask your neighbors. 

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

Give it a day – sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages still in transit.

Contact the carrier by phone or use their online services to inquire about the package.

Damages

If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You may also contact GRIPeq customer service and we will do our best to assist you with a claim or product replacement.

US Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states (excluding US territories).

We ship to street addresses and Military APO/FPO addresses.

We offer standard shipping (3-7 days) and express shipping (2 days).

The shipping timeframe starts when your package reaches the carrier. During peak seasons, our carriers do not guarantee a 2-Day timeframe. Express shipping is not available for delivery to Military APO/FPO.

International Shipping Policy

Canada

We offer door-to-door shipping, including transportation, duties, taxes, and fees (DDP). This flat-rate shipping cost gets packages to you without customs delays or unknown charges. Most packages are sent via FedEx, but we also use UPS. Delivery timelines are typically 3-4 business days for urban areas and 5-7 days for more remote locations. Check your tracking information for your order’s estimated delivery and use the carrier-provided services to adjust the delivery location or instructions.
