Congratulations on your new bag! We know you’re excited to take it out on the course, but don’t forget to REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE. If you have a question or issue with your bag, simply send an email to makeflight@grip-eq.com or fill out our WARRANTY FORM. If Grip EQ determines that an issue falls under our warranty policy we’ll either repair or replace your bag.


Grip Equipment warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the bag. The warranty policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear nor does it apply in situations where the bag has incurred damage from use in an unintended manner. Should any part of this product be deemed defective, it will be repaired or replaced. To obtain the benefits of this warranty, you must be the original owner and REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE within the first 90 days after purchase of your bag. If a discontinued style requires replacement, a comparable style may be substituted. Naturally, our warranty doesn’t cover consequential damages nor damages resulting from unintended use, cleaning, modification, or cosmetic wear. This Grip EQ warranty is only valid in the United States.


If you purchase a Grip EQ disc golf bag on Grip-EQ.com and decide you don’t want it, return it in new, out-of-box condition with the original packaging, including all manuals, parts and tags within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee. International customers may be subject to an additional charge for shipping. Be aware that Grip EQ authorized resellers set their own return policies.
