GRIPeq has supported Nikko Forbes and “Nikko’s Drive” his tour of junior events since we first saw him throw a disc at just 6 years old. Nikko is a world class junior placing 2nd at the 2022 Junior World Championships in U8 and earning his 1st place finish at Junior Worlds in 2024 in MJ10. Nikko became the worlds youngest sanctioned Tournament Director when he was just 7 years old. At 8 he was TDing a tour of sanctioned Junior events across Ontario Canada (you now must be 18 to TD). He helps run disc golf clinics at his school and at sports camps in his area. He is beyond his years, a true ambassador of the game and a tailored fit for our Junior Team in 2025, his third year on Team GRIPeq!
