How many discs can my bag hold?

How do I break-in my bag?
The installed inserts are a bit concave to avoid having them bow outward when the bag is full and must be broken in evenly to maintain appropriate structure. Be sure to keep it loaded with the full complement of discs and if you single shoulder carry, switch shoulders often to even out wear on the inserts over time. Alternatively, you can flip your discs to face the opposite direction in the main compartment of the bag. We recommend hanging a new bag when not in use – this helps break in the inserts and increases capacity, usually by 2-3 discs once the bag is fully broken in.
How do I clean my bag?
We recommend using a mild detergent and water on a soft cloth to clean your bag. Then hang dry out of direct sunlight.
How long will it take me to get my bag once I order it?
Processing time:
Orders typically leave our distribution center the next business day. High order volume may result in longer processing times. Our distribution center is open Monday – Friday, so orders placed after midnight Thursday will ship the following Monday.
US standard shipping (3-7 days):
The estimated shipping times shown on the map below are meant as a helpful guide but are not guaranteed.
US Expedited shipping (2-Day):
Shipping timeframe is 2 days from the time your package reaches the carrier. During peak seasons, our carrier does not guarantee this timeframe. Not available for delivery to PO Box or APO/FPO.
Canadian door-to-door (3-10 days):
Shipping timeframe depends on location and is subject to customs delays. All duties, fees and taxes are included in the price.
Do you ship to Canada?
Canadian shipping should take 3-10 days, depending on destination and time through customs. Canadian pricing provides a door-to-door shipping experience, including all duties, taxes and fees.
I live outside of the US and Canada, can I order a bag?

How do I register my bag?

How do I file a warranty claim?
Please fill out our warranty form and someone will review your claim and get back to you shortly.
I am not the original owner of my bag, can I purchase a warranty?
To obtain the benefits of this warranty, you must be the original owner and REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE within the first 90 days after purchase of the bag.
Will sewing a patch or coloring my bag void my warranty?
Modifying your bag does not inherently void your warranty. But any damage caused by modification or in any way derivative from it can not be covered.
How do I become a sponsored player?
Currently, we do not offer applications to join our team. We make our GRIPeq Team decisions for all tiers at the end of the disc golf season between October and December. Throughout the year, we actively scout talent and passionate disc golfers who believe in our product and are great community members, promoting the sport with positivity and kindness.
